ARP Head Studs to suit Toyota 1HD-FT & 1HD-FTE Engines - Direct Replacement Fit: 11mm ARP Head Stud Kit includes 26 studs and hardware, with no modification needed for head bolt holes in the block or head.- Increased Clamping Force: Provides 40% greater clamping force than stock torque-to-yield bolts, resulting in improved performance and reliability.- Even Torque Distribution: Eliminates twisting force during tightening, offering more accurate and evenly distributed torque load, reducing the risk of head gasket failure.- Enhanced Clamping Force: Stock TTY head bolts provide around 11,000lbs of force, while ARP studs average 15,785lbs of force for improved clamping.- Installation Instructions Included: Comes with detailed instructions; ARP Ultra Torque lubricant should be used under the nut and washer when torquing. COMPONENTS 6x 90910-02096 No. 1 Bolts20x 90910-02119 No. 2 Bolts IMPORTANT! - Make sure the head bolt holes are properly cleaned out, and that you use the supplied ARP Ultra Torque lubricant under the nut and washer while torquing in to place. - For the 6 studs that are located beneath the camshaft, you either leave the washers off or spot face those 6 stud nut seats 2 mm into the head. This is necessary to give clearance between the cam lobes and stud nuts.
